This page explains what The Repositionist™ collects and why.

What we collect. Name, email, phone, business name and details you type into the intake; the package and payment method you choose; order reference; records of Terms acceptance; files and links you send; basic site logs. We do not collect more than we need to deliver the order.

Why we collect it. To confirm and deliver your order, communicate with you, keep records, prevent fraud and meet legal duties.

Who sees it. The Company and the people the Company directly assigns to your order. Service providers that run the site and payments (for example hosting, the payment rail you choose such as NOWPayments, and email delivery) see only what they need. We do not sell your information.

Payments. Bank-transfer, wire and crypto payments are handled by the rail you choose. We keep the order reference, amount, method and status, not your account passwords or full account numbers.

Analytics and cookies. Until analytics is switched on, the site does not use analytics cookies. If it is switched on, this policy will name the tool.

How long we keep it. Order and acceptance records are kept as long as needed for business, tax and legal reasons, then deleted or anonymized.

Security. Private settings and customer files are kept off public web folders; access is limited; the site uses HTTPS once installed. No system is perfectly secure.

Your choices. You may ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing contact@thegroundupguy.com, subject to records we must keep.

Children. The service is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes. We will post the date of any change at the top of this page.
